Creating a perfectly balanced work out schedule

Starting a fitness program may be one of the best things you can do for your health. With benefits like better quality sleep, a boost in brainpower and increased levels of happiness, it’s no wonder why exercise should be a major part of your daily routine. Not to mention that physical activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and coordination, help you lose weight and even improve your self-esteem.

But if you’re a new exerciser or you’re trying to get back to exercise, knowing where to start is a challenge. The right workout schedule will depend on a variety of factors like your age, fitness level, goals, and any physical restrictions you may have.

I was so tired and fed up of failing on my fitness goals over and over, so I decided to make fitness a habit and part of who I am.. and it changed my life forever. Not only I look better, I feel elevated, less anxious and more energetic. In my opinion, the key to regular exercising is devotion and motivation. Shift your thinking, loose the excuses, set a goal, schedule a regular work out time, invest in your best workout gears, and most importantly, make it simple and fun.

Choose to listen to the voice inside of you that says “I can do this! I want this!” and choose to ignore the voice inside of you that says “Just give up! You can’t do this! You are not good enough!”
